“ The best bubble tea place in Mooroolbark I ordered the Mango Grape Oolong Fruit Tea with less sugar and it was perfect, just how I like it. The flavours go so well together and the drink is very pretty! The owner is super nice and friendly, she said I was her first Uber Eats customer and gifted me a Portuguese tart. It really made my day The Portuguese tart base was flaky and buttery while the custard was smooth and just the right sweetness. The charring on the top was done perfectly. I'm glad I'm not allergic to eggs or milk! I've tried all the trendy spots in cbd and Bubble House is just as good! Can't wait to go back and try the Biscoff Bubble Waffle, it looks so good Thank you to the owner for choosing Mooroolbark, we're very lucky to have you in our suburb! ”

“ I've tried a lot of bubble tea stores, from chain stores to smaller family run stores, and this one definitely passes my expectations! The right level of sweetness in the teas, yummy bubble waffles and portugeuse tarts, and the most lovely shop owner behind the counter. She uses wheat based straws which are one of the better alternatives to paper straws despite being more expensive to the store, because she knows thats important when it comes to drinking bubble tea. It's spiked in popularity amongst the local Facebook groups since opening, and it's clear that the owner cares about the people supporting her new business. My personal recommendation would be the Peach Oolong Milk Tea (with real peach puree) served warm, delicious. Only lost a star on atmosphere because there aren't many seating areas nearby to choose from, the three picnic tables next to the store are reserved for Manna Lane customers. ”
